Giggs’s contract was extended by one year and will expire in 2009, this is surprising looking at his recent performance.
But what I found admiring is the fact that Ryan Giggs has played all his football on the grounds of Old Trafford and have stayed at the club for over 20 years. Contrary to the trend of moving clubs at the show of a cheque and where loyalty is something of the past, Giggs have showed that he believed in the red devils for so long and Sir Alex have rewarded him with an extention on his contract. Rumor Mill,
Rumors were flying of a pool side orgy involving defender, Anderson, surfaced amongst growing speculation that Anderson’s lifestyle is setting him (Anderson) up for failure. According to sources Ronaldo and Nani were also present did not help their reputation either. Reports suggest that the ex porto player, has a love for nightlife that borders on the addiction of “parties and orgies” and have been warned not to get consumed by it.
Some of the senior players are worried by his behaviour and decided to warn him. They gave the youngster a good talking to, telling him that if Sir Alex Ferguson gets involved in this issue the it could end his United career before it really started.
They all know that the United Manager loves a footballer to have no life, no wife, lives alone and just plays football all day long, almost on demand. Anderson is hardly that type but must understand the principles. Established stars like Norman Whiteside and Paul McGrath were shown the exit door when could not give up their active lifestyles.
Anderson has huge talent as was the case last weekend when we played Wigan, someone who if focuses on his career, could reach tremendous heights in football. The fiery Sir Alex Ferghuson certainly knows how to nurture a youngster and what are the greatest dangers looking for him on the road to greatness.
It cannot be easy for a 19-year-old Brazilian to completely change his life: after all, Brazil and Porto are similar in many senses while Manchester is entirely different. But if he aims to succeed here then he should heed the advice of someone who knows this city and this club inside-out.
This warning, administered by teammates, show that we have a real team here. Our players want the new boy to succeed, to fulfill his potential and apparently they are ready to help him. They know that you should avoid Sir Alex Ferguson’s wrath whenever possible and did not hesitate to stress it for a potentially brilliant player.

Match Reviews,
It was a match of two halves. After the first half I told myself “Manchester United just cannot get away from their goal scoring woes” Manchester United just did not use the wingers and keep on trying to pass down the center and Tevez just never seemed capable of beating anyone down the middle. What must have concerned Sir Alex Ferguson was all the injuries and so early in the game.
