I agree with Capello, Rooney needs to mature a bit. it’s a good thing Rooney is surrounded by great experienced and composed players like Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, and Paul Scholes to look up to.
But the very passion that drives young Rooney could quite possibly make him a great captain, like Roy Keane
