Former Manchester United defender and recently hired scout, Jaap Stam, has been tracking another Brazilian starlet. Douglas Costa, from Gremio, the same Porto Alegre club that produced soccer phenom Ronaldinho and United’s own Anderson.

Wes Brown believes working with Fabio Capello is just like playing for Sir Alex Ferguson.
The Manchester United defender has spent his entire club career hoping to catch Ferguson’s eye.

Park Ji-sung to represent South Korea |

Park was named to South Korea’s 24-player squad for the World Cup qualifier against the United Arab Emirates later this month. The midfielder was not released by Manchester United in last months draw to North Korea, because of a knee injury.

Scholes was carried off after 16 minutes of Tuesday’s Champions League match away to Aalborg following a tackle by Thomas Augustinussen.
The 33-year-old is expected to sit out up to 15 matches and he could struggle to play again in 2008.
