I’m speechless.
I knew his move was inevitable, especially after the Champions League defeat, but not so soon.
“Manchester United have received a world-record, unconditional offer of 80 million pounds for Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid,” the club said.
“At Cristiano’s request – who has again expressed his desire to leave – and after discussion with the player’s [...] |

This may very well be the jersey for 2009-2010 season. I saw the pictures and recognized the Nike add, and it looks pretty authentic.
It looks like AIG will remain the front shirt sponsor until June 2010, when their four-year contract expires.
Although United agreed to a shirt deal with Aon Corp on Wednesday, Aon wont grace [...] |

Like all of you , I couldn’t be more disappointed in Manchester United’s performance on Wednesday. Yes, Barcelona played better football yesterday but with some minor adjustments in Uniteds line-up, Barcelona would never have gained control of the match the way they did.
Lets start with United’s starting line-up. The back four were fine. My issue [...] |

Ronaldo will not leave United for Madrid in the summer, according to the Portuguese Winger.

John O’Shea will be given a big reward for his contribution to United. Sir Alex has guaranteed John O’Shea a starting role in next week’s Champions League final.
“John takes his place in Rome because he deserves it,” said Ferguson.
“Because of the injuries to Gary Neville and Wes Brown, he has become a permanent fixture. He [...] |

It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. We’re not holding our breath, but one day the facts – a popular word this season – might stack up enough for the penny to drop elsewhere. Cast your minds back to 1998/99. Notice any similarities? In that season United won two of the opening five [...] |

According to The Daily Mirror, Manchester United have struck a deal with Corinthians for Brazilian defender Jose Rodolfo Pires Ribeiro, better known as Dodo.
At only 17-years-old the centre-back is being compared to Rio Ferdinand, because of his ability on the ball and power in the air.
Dodo is currently at the South American Under-17 Championships with [...] |

Manchester United’s reserves could decide the relegation battle. That’s because if United win the title on Saturday against Arsenal at Old Trafford, their last game of the season against Hull City is pointless… for United. But could be worth £100 million for Hull City.
United’s final premier league match against Hull is three days before the [...] |
