Blackburn vs Manchester United
Written by Tony
April 12th, 2010
It is incredible that a team like Manchester United have become so dependent on one player. United have not been able to pull a favorable result without the 24 year-old English international! Look at Barcelona for example, they played Real Madrid in the Clasico this weekend and managed to dominate los Blancos without Abidal, with [...]

United win, but lose.
Written by Tony
April 7th, 2010
Much to everyone’s surprise, the white Pele, Wayne Rooney was in the starting line-up. Sir Alex said he would not play unless he was 100 per cent. Rooney was accompanied by a very strong United side, including Nani and Valencia on the wings and Carrick, Fletcher and the young Irish midfielder Darron Gibson in the [...]

Manchester United vs Chelsea

Whenever United come off a loss of this magnitude, it takes me a while to get my thoughts together. This Saturday was a disaster, and it started with the line-up. Sir Alex shouldn’t have gone to a 4-4-2, but instead have kept the formation (4-5-1) that was working, only replace Rooney with Berbatov. It should have [...]

Bayern Munich vs Manchester United
Written by Tony
March 31st, 2010
United would start as I predicted yesterday (See Rooney and Ferdinand fit for Champions League) and Bayern with one of their star player, Robben. Everything seemed to be going Man U’s way. United would get a dream start. Rooney would shake off Zorro (Demichelis) from a Nani set piece to put United up 1-0 after only [...]

Bolton vs Manchester United
Written by Tony
March 29th, 2010
Manchester United would travel to the Reebok to face a struggling Bolton side. United would be with out both Rooney and Ferdinand, as they were surely being rested for the Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday. Berbatov would start as the lone striker. With in form Valencia and Nani on the wings, you never know what you’re [...]

Manchester United vs Fulham
Written by Tony
March 15th, 2010
Fulham would go into Old Trafford having only lost once in the last 6 games. But that meant nothing to United, who just came off the 4-0 thrashing of Italian giants AC Milan. With all eyes on Wayne Rooney, the boy wonder would not disappoint. It only took him 10 minutes to get involved and have [...]

Manchester United vs AC Milan
Written by Tony
March 10th, 2010
United started with a fairly strong line-up, the strongest they could anyway. With Carrick sent off in the first leg, Sir Alex went with Park in the middle, while Nani and Valencia would use their pace down the flanks. Bookmark This Post

Manchester United vs. Wolverhampton Wanderers
Written by Tony
March 8th, 2010
Although United never hit top gear, Paul Scholes’s 100th Premier League goal was enough to send United top of the table. It soon became evident how important Wayne Rooney, who is sure to win the Premier League Player of the Year, is to United. Rooney missed the match do to an injury picked up while on [...]

Manchester United vs. Portsmouth
Written by Coty
February 8th, 2010
Manchester United shot back to the top of the Premier League (albeit temporarily) without breaking a sweat as Portsmouth left Trafford on the bad end of a 5-0 shutdown. Porthmouth themselves helped put United out on top with “own-goals” by players: Anthony Vanden Borre and Marc Wilson, while a deflection off Richard Hughes assisted United’s third [...]
