We’re 2nd in the league, in the league cup final, and gearing up to face AC Milan in the champ lge. What more do you want? We can’t sign too many players in a world cup year as they don’t want to move, and those who do, would more than likle ybe cup-tied anyway.
There weren’t amny big moves across europe at all full-stop.
We’re not exactly in bad shape are we?
Dude u gotta b kidding?? U rnt satisfied wth the current squad..itz mo than any manager can handle.open ur eyes!
Well, maybe it’s not all doom and gloom, but I was hoping for a spark. A new face or two that would inspire the rest of the squad to bring home the silver.
Facts:
We’re in second and Chelsea have a game in hand. (at least as of this writing)
We’re injury ravaged.
Rio comes back for a match, and is banned for 4. Idiot!
90% of the squad are over 50. Well… maybe it’s only 50%
I wouldn’t call our position anything other than precarious. Can United get it done from here with no help? Sure, it’s possible. But I was hoping for a bit of an insurance policy. What if Rooney breaks his foot for the 34598 time? Couldn’t we get at least one more real / proven striker to take some of the weight off his shoulders?
Just some thoughts. I am a die hard fan and will continue to be regardless. I would have just liked to have seen something big happen at the club with the money Ronaldo brought in. I lost my favorite player and got nothing in return!
