Should Sir Alex retire?

Sir Alex was quoted in the UK press as saying “maybe three more years, then I’ll finish”.

But more recently said “I’m not putting a time limit on it, it’s impossible,” he told reporters. “You never know what happens in life.

“It’s something I have said for quite a while. If you are fit and healthy and enjoying your job, then who knows? Two, three, maybe four years, it’s difficult to pigeon-hole myself on that one.”

Personally I don’t see why he should retire. He loves United and United loves him. His philosophy of “No player is bigger than the club” has proven priceless.

Sir Alex Ferguson has managed United since 1986. His record as a manager is unmatched in English Football, with 9 League Championships, 5 FA Cups, 1 Champions League, and many more including 6 Community Shields/ FA Charity.

I agree with Sir Alex if your fit, healthy, and enjoy your job then why leave?
He still has plenty of successful seasons to come, and it would be unwise for him to walk away anytime soon.
Which means he is only going to make those records he set even harder to break.
Sorry Arsen and Jose.
