Ryan Giggs rolled back the years to send Manchester United top of the Premier League, scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win at West Ham. Ferdinand’s big raise.

United offer Rio Ferdinand a pay deal that places him alongside Cristiano Ronaldo as the clubs highest paid players, earning £120,000-a week ($240,000). Which means if you combine Rio Ferdinand and Cristiano Ronaldos monthly income, roughly $1.9 million. They could pay for the entire Chivas USA (MLS) annual player salaries, roughly 1.9 million.
