For as arrogant as Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon is, he admits signing Cristiano Ronaldo would be “almost impossible” even after reports in Spain confirmed a £100million bid! Contrary to popular belief both Vidic and Rooney started the match. Also in the starting line up Tevez would join Rooney up top. Park, Carrick, Scholes, and Ronaldo would play across the middle in the more traditional 4-4-2. Evra, Ferdinand, Vidic, and Brown in the back line with Van der Sar in goal.
