“UEFA will not open any disciplinary proceedings against Wayne Rooney,” a spokesman for the organization confirmed.
Risgard complained that the England forward deliberately planted a foot on his chest during the game, which saw Aalborg qualify for the last 32 of the UEFA Cup.

Wayne Rooney was accused of stomping on the chest of Aalborg midfielder, Kasper Risgaard, during Wednesdays Champions League 2-2 draw.
A UEFA spokesperson said: “We are aware of the incident and the disciplinary panel will study the footage and newspaper reports before deciding whether to take action.”

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney insists Cristiano Ronaldo is “big enough” to rise above rough treatment from opponents and their fans.Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson complained after the 0-0 draw against Villarreal in the Champions League that Ronaldo was a victim of systematic fouling in Europe and England.
